Minutes from historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy! Dead end street in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy day trips to the Eastern Shore, Baltimore and DC.
Our home is the perfect place for several couples or a large family. Large, open floorplan on four levels. Relax in the living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, and large flat screen Smart TV with Amazon Firestick. Enjoy the well-equipped eat in kitchen with granite countertops, KEURIG coffee maker, wet bar and ice maker. Spend time relaxing in the glass enclosed sun porch with dining area, gas fireplace and sitting area overlooking the Severn. There is a large, lower level family room with TV, pool table, foosball table and a full bath. The master bedroom has a sitting area with gas fireplace, expansive doors overlooking the river and terrace, a private office and large bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second master bedroom has glass doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the water, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. WIFI, central air, ceiling fans and extensive hardwood and plank flooring. Beautiful outdoor space with multi-level decks & a stone patio with Koi pond. 18’ swim spa/hot tub is available (April - November) for an extra fee of $300 and a minimum 7 days advance notice. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill and outdoor shower (seasonal). Access the private beach via stairs or tram (children NOT permitted to use the tram unless accompanied by an adult). Pier with water/electricity, boat lift (extra fee applies), deep water and extensive views! Automatic generator and ample off-street parking. Full-size washer/dryer. Linens included. PLEASE NOTE House is located on a steep hill with no fencing. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times due to the hill, pond, spa and tram.
