Stoke the wood log fire on a winter’s night, or BBQ whilst stargazing the incredible night sky without the city lights. Enjoy the incredible uninterrupted views year round. Anne’s Coastal Farmhouse sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed with walk-in robes, balcony with stunning country views, ensuite with spa bath, air-conditioning and a large TV complete with Foxtel.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, single bed, solid timber cot, and ceiling fan
Third Bedroom: Double bed and built-in-robes (top single bunk as shown in photo has recently been removed).
Fourth Bedroom: Double Bed with built-in robes
Large bathroom complete with spa bath, heated towel racks, and a separate toilet.
The lounge room boasts a roaring fireplace, with three comfortable lounges for the whole family to sit back and relax for movie night. Balconies wrap around the house, with large outdoor dining spaces and even a trampoline and swings! This unique slice of paradise is extremely rare – enjoy 5 acres of peaceful country surroundings with nature in abundance, all this just a short walk to the beach and the glorious coastline that is Valla Beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and oven with gas cooktop. Laundry is located outside and undercover, equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing board for your convenience.

Valla is nestled just 20 minutes south of Coffs Harbour – almost a perfect meeting point between Brisbane and Sydney, and just an easy 4 minute drive off the Pacific Highway. The closest beach by car is to North Valla Beach - about 3 minute drive. You can also walk to the beach by crossing the shallow lagoon as pictured, however not recommended to walk with small children this way.
Please note that there are other accommodation facilities on the property, however Anne’s Coastal Farmhouse is a stand-alone building connected to Anne's Coastal Chalet by an undercover laundry and walkway.
