Residenza Antolina is a splendid and welcoming apartment, unique of its kind, finely furnished and located on the second floor of a historic residence; it is the result of a careful renovation and expansion of a country house built by the owner’s grandparents in the early 1900s.
The accommodation, located a few minutes from the sea and reachable both by stairs and by private lift, offers three comfortable themed bedrooms which all have a double bed with en suite bathroom, TV, WI-FI, air conditioning and with starry ceiling that unites the three rooms.
There is also a spacious eat-in kitchen equipped with a large and comfortable worktop, large refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, table for 6 people, TV, espresso coffee machine, air conditioning and all the necessary equipment.
The kitchen leads to the beautiful terrace of about 80 square meters which includes a second built-in kitchen with hob, sink and barbecue for cooking and dining outdoors, enjoying the cool evening with the view of a unique scenario.
On the terrace there are outdoor furniture, chairs as well as a small wooden house as a reading corner, with an adjoining small library with books relevant to the Marche region.
To complete the dwelling, a large garden for exclusive use with two tables that can accommodate up to 20 people embellished with sculptures that characterize the house, almost entirely in brick and which combine the theme of the earth and the countryside with that of water and sea.
