Positive: Location, swimming pools options, staff super kind

Negative: In my view, 5 star hotel is a 5 star hotel. Everything needs to be perfect and this hotel has many room to improve to be considered a 5 star rated hotel. Material are showing deterioration, garage a bit dark, service despite the kindness and professionalism of the associates needs to improve in speed. Probably a cultural change is needed as profit shouldn’t result from understaffed initiatives (cost and number of workers). I think is clear that there is understaffed situations (nautic club).

Summary: Nice stay, good location for gastronomy, not extraordinary. Room to improve.
