Positive: - Really clean and well equipped apartment - Location - Ski room with closets locked on keycard to apartment - Welcome prosecco, juices and water included in price
Negative: - The contact person from the booking doesn't speak English. You send a query in English, and the reply is in Czech. - The person who is supposed to take you from the parking to the hotel by snowmobile also doesn't speak English, contrary to what the contact person from the booking told me. It is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. - The price only includes one ride up and down with baggage. Every additional ride costs 15 EUR each way, totaling 30 EUR for going down and back. This information was not mentioned anywhere. - During winter, parking is officially only available at the bottom of the slopes (the same parking where everybody parks during the day). When I asked how I could get to the parking in front of the hotel, as there were several normal cars there, the person at the hotel (the one from the snowmobile) told me it's only for owners. However, the contact person from the booking told me it's possible to get there, but it's illegal because one road is closed. We met other people who stayed at the hotel, and they told us that the previous day a taxi driver had taken them directly to the hotel and knew the code to the barrier on the road to the hotel. We felt that they wanted to collect as much money as possible by snowmobile lifts Additionally, if you want to leave the parking area, you need to call this guy and ask him to open the barrier. But around 4:30 pm when everyone is leaving, you block the whole parking because he tells you to stay directly in front of the barrier. Once, we waited for 10 minutes, and finally, nobody opened the barrier, so we went on foot. - One day before checkout, I texted the person who lifted us if we could meet in front of the hotel at 11, as the booking information stated that checkout is from 10 am to 11 am. I sent the message at 8 pm, and I saw he read it around 8:30 pm but didn't reply (via iMessage). I sent him another message at 8:45 am the next day, and at 9 am, he told us the checkout is at 10 am.
