Idyllically located on the captains peninsula of the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz, located in the Kapitänsstraße 50a, our 3 rooms "Fewo Captain James Cook Olpenitz" of all "star houses" here by far the most beautiful view and the best location, a starting point for a relaxing holiday on 77m ² on the first floor.
The apartment Captain James Cook Olpenitz is accessed via an external staircase to the covered first balcony (10m ²), this allows, even in the rain, the stay in the fresh air. The fascinating flame play can be watched through the large panoramic glass from both the sofa and the dining area. Especially in the cold winter days, the stove spreads a cuddly feel-good atmosphere with pleasant warmth. The spacious second balcony (south balcony14m ²) is accessed via the living area, where our guests can make themselves comfortable on a comfortable seating and enjoy the sun at any time of the day or prepare something delicious on the Weber electric grill. In this apartment spectacular sunlight games are expected by the two balconies in south and west orientation. The furnishing style corresponds to the exclusive location of the apartment: clear colors and shapes and the use of natural materials promise peace and quiet, while individual color accents provide refreshing lightness. The entire apartment can be easily controlled by the underfloor heating and offers thanks to the fireplace and the sauna throughout the year a pleasant warmth and a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. For entertainment in the living area, a 42-inch Smart TV with Bluetooth, USB media player and a music system with wireless / Bluetooth receiver and a games collection. In addition, the apartment has a parking space with electric charging station for your electric car directly at the house.

This beach has several stretches of beach (general bathing, naturism, dog beach and the worldwide unique flat water windsurf and kite area). Heating costs are included in the rental price, due to its own electric charging station, SAUNA and Wellness shower, the electricity and water costs are billed after the actual consumption and deducted from the deposit.
