Final comment: Very well equipped, with everything you need, an available, friendly host. You feel at home straight away! Short walks, shops and restaurants 5 minutes away by car. Quiet surroundings, comfortable bedding, enough to relax and recharge your batteries.

- It is not allowed to invite people into the apartment when you have not booked for them.
- Please do not make any noise after 10pm, and in any case, whatever the time, no parties are allowed. Running children, loud music, slamming doors etc............ are to be avoided.
- The apartment is NO SMOKING (even at the windows).
- Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the rooms or on the sofas. They may occasionally make a mess, but their owners are expected to repair or reimburse the damage. Do not use the apartment's blankets for your pets. If you don't have anything, just ask - we've got just the thing.
Pets: never leave them alone in the apartment, thank you.
- Towels are provided free of charge; they are not for the beach but only for washing up.
- Do not eat or even nibble in the rooms.
- Please leave the apartment as you found it: the dishwasher must be empty and the dishes put away. Leave all surfaces clean before you leave (the broom cupboard is in the hallway). Unfold beds and put bed linen and towels on the table in the living room (we only take care of rubbish for stays of 2 days or less). The garbage room is located to the right of the exit door to the parking area (green sliding door).
