Summary: Was quite surprised when day before arrival the owner emailed me to ask if we needed bed linens and towels at a cost of 20 euros. I have never been asked that before from VRBO homes. Of course we expected linens and towels as were traveling from Canada. We asked for 3 towels each (expecting a facecloth, hand towels and a bath towel). We got one bath towel each and were not charged. There were only 2 half rolls of toilet paper. Owner did bring in a roll and some dish towels at our request. We bought more and left it there. Was a rainy and cold day so appreciated a nice place to hang out. Not much info in English but owner did try to be helpful. An interesting experience as this is the first time trying VRBO outside North America. Perhaps more expectations should be clarified on the site. Overall a nice experience. Oh the toilet seat did not fit right and no power to lights in the kitchen when we left Apr 5. Owner not around so could not tell her. Overall a quaint place to stay
