Welcome to our charming holiday home in Lopar, the enchanting holiday and seaside resort in the north of the popular Kvarner island of Rab! Our three-story house offers a spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor for up to 8 people and three cozy apartments on the first and second floor for 2-5 people.
The location in the northern part of Lopar promises peace and idyll in the middle of a residential area. The child-friendly sandy Mel Beach, which slopes gently into the sea, awaits you just 350 m away. The paradise beach is 1.5 km away and invites you to spend unforgettable hours by the crystal clear water.
The holiday apartment on the ground floor has 3 bedrooms, while the apartments on the first floor each have one bedroom. The second floor apartment is spread over two floors. All residential units have a balcony and a terrace, with apartments 2 and 3 as well as the holiday apartment on the ground floor also offering breathtaking sea views. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures.
Our house includes a spacious outdoor area of approximately 950 m² with a spacious parking space for up to 12 vehicles, a garden including a barbecue area and a dining area that offers pleasant shade. Arrival and departure can be flexibly adapted to existing bookings and can be carried out on any day of the week. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and there is a boat mooring nearby. A public launderette is available nearby for laundry.
The friendly landlords live in the same building and are always available to help and advise you. German, Italian and Croatian are spoken. The landlords also offer homemade wine, ham, souvenirs as well as fresh potatoes, tomatoes and cucumbers for sale.
