Our apartment has been recently renovated to accommodate up to 6 people in all modern comforts. You will find a large, very bright living room consisting of an open kitchen fully equipped with a Senséo coffee maker, a dining area with a large table and a lounge. We will provide you with a kitchen kit for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a kitchen towel) will be at your disposal, except kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil..) which will not be provided.
In the living room there is an internet box for a free and unlimited broadband WiFi connection, a large sofa and a large television screen.
You can sleep in 3 bedrooms all equipped with dressing rooms and double beds. One of them even has a king size bed. We provide for you the sheets as well as the bath towels for each person.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a sink. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.
Outside you can enjoy a beautiful terrace equipped with tables and chairs and a barbecue!
Leave in peace, linen (sheets and towels) is provided.
The apartment is located next to a railway but there is little train passage and noise pollution is limited.

Arrive is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure).

At 1.3 km from the house, in the center of Noizay you will find a grocery store as well as other small shops like a restaurant, wine cellars... And at 5 min by car, Vernou-sur-Brenne offers a bakery, a pharmacy, a Super U supermarket (and drive).
The accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from the center of Amboise with its tourist attractions (the Royal Castle, the Clos Lucé, Château Gaillard...) and its many shops. It has many restaurants and bars, as well as clothing and craft stores, a delicatessen, good bakeries, a Carrefour City, a bookstore, and pharmacies. During your stay, you can go to the market every Friday and Sunday morning in Amboise (the most important one in the region), stroll on the Place du Château, in the pedestrian streets, enjoy the charm of a walk on the banks of the Loire (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), go to the swimming pool (open July and August).
The city of Tours is 20 minutes away by car and Blois 35 minutes, and the famous Beauval Zoo 50 minutes away. The central location of the apartment makes it an ideal place to visit the other Loire castles nearby (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont...), fly over the region in a hot air balloon or go down the Loire in a canoe!
