Positive: Great location. Clean and comfortable furnishings. Agency were easy to get hold of and usually responded fairly quickly. We couldn’t get into the apartment when we arrived because the key locker was broken. Some of the blinds were broken or didn’t work well.
Negative: There was a lack of items that would expect in an apartment of this size: No iron or vacuum. Fans would be useful since there is no air-conditioning and it got VERY hot. No information about how anything worked - dishwasher, washing, machine, cooker, microwave, electric doors. No useful info for travellers like where things are - supermarkets, good restaurants or emergency services like doctor, hospital, pharmacy. Most apartments like this would have some kind of folder with these plus usually notes left by previous occupants with suggestions for places to see, go, eat etc. There was loads of crockery but limited amount of cutlery so had to keep washing by hand before dishwasher worth putting on. We had to ask for a change of linen and towels - perhaps they are not used to people staying for more than a few days.
Summary: Ideal location for exploring - comfortable apartment but facilities could be improved.
