The Space:
Enjoy lake and beach access at Black Rock State Park within walking distance across the street! Rent paddleboards, kayaks, and enjoy grilling stations and benches along the beachy shore of Lake Buchanan.
500sq ft Guest House Suite Apartment! Full bathroom with standup shower and single vanity. The Ranchette Suite is situated as an apartment off our Main House rental, so please expect to share 1 wall (now insulated with sound tiles and shared door was replaced with sound insulated door) and 1 ceiling with renters of that unit, however, no amenities of the Main House are to be used by Ranchette Guests except for the parking and EV charger in the parking area. You will have a small entry area with a privacy screen shown in the photos with small view of the lake through the trees. Enjoy the grazing longhorn cattle next door and peace and quiet only the lake can offer.

- Upscale smaller Grocery market in Marble Falls: Bayside Market (try their pre-prepped food, its amazing!)
- Right across the street from Llano Public Boat Ramp

Left side entrance behind the wooden privacy screen will reveal an exterior door with light. Use the Smart code provided @ the smart lock for entry.

Other Things to Note:
If you are booking this separate from the Main House, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS at the Guest House Suite, which includes ESA animals (In Texas, AirBnB Policy allows hosts to decline ESA animals & also charge a fee if we decide to allow them). Since we have guests in the main house with option for pets, we do not want to risk an interaction with other pets.

We require a liability waiver signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & outdoor noise disturbances.
We love for you to enjoy and celebrate, but we charge a $75 cleaning fee for confetti or glitter found on property.
Please do not move any furniture. If you do, please move it back. We charge a $20 minimum furniture moving fee if we arrive and furniture is out of place.
