A unique location, for an unforgettable stay: the “Torre dei Saraceni” residential complex, on the Capo Cervo promontory, is located in a truly unique position on the Ligurian Riviera, with a wonderful sea-view.
Each apartment of the residential complex has a small area of garden, and guest can access the shared swimming pool (open only from 15/6 to 30/9).
Entrance with electric gate, large parking inside the property (external parking places).
Direct access from the Via Aurelia, a few hundred meters from the town of Cervo.
Even in the hottest moments of the summer season, it is possible to enjoy the beautiful panorama and the sea view from your private garden: the location is often cooled by a light sea breeze.
What makes this complex truly exclusive is the direct access to the sea: guests can go to a small, and wild, pebble beach.
ATTENTION: there are no lifeguards at the beach and swimming pool.
IMPORTANT: to access the beach, you need to walk 100 meters of downhill dirt path, with steps. Not suitable for elderly people or people with walking difficulties. We recommend wearing proper footwear (comfortable shoes or sneakers).

The residential complex is located right on the tip of Capo Cervo, 1 km from the entrance of the perfectly preserved medieval village.
Cervo has been awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: a true Italian pearl for its landscape and historical value.
In addition to being known for the International Chamber Music Festival, attracting musicians and spectators from all over the world, Cervo is an excellent destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
Just 800 meters from the complex, you can take the trekking path that climbs towards the Ciapà Park: a pleasant natural area, with very suggestive paths, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.
Mountain-bikers can have fun on the numerous trails, of various levels, which allow you to explore and descend the “Colle di Cervo”, and the more adventurous can try the "Salto nel Blu".
The complex is easily accessible by car: it is just a few kilometers from the San Bartolomeo al Mare and Andora motorway exits.
Nearest supermarket: 1,5 km. Nearest restaurant: 600 meters.
More restaurants, café, bars: about 1 km from the complex, both in the village, and at the base of Cervo.
▪ BEACHES:
In addition to the beach below the complex (100 meters away), we recommend visiting:
- the beautiful "Porteghetto" beach (pebbles and rocks. About 650 meters away, to walk along the street Via Aurelia). One part is a free beach (rocks), the other part there is a small private beach establishment with sunbeds and umbrellas, available for rent.
- "Ciapellette" rocky beach (600 meters away), which, offering fewer places to lie down, is less crowded than the "Porteghetto". Ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
- Adjacent to the Porteghetto: "Marina de Re", free equipped beach, with kiosk, pebbles and wharf (made of rocks).
Near "Marina de Re" there is also an area of free beach, and a beach for dogs.
Other beaches: in the nearby San Bartolomeo al Mare (sand, gravel - also free beaches) and Diano Marina, where there are the most beautiful sandy beaches of the gulf, well equipped.
