Positive: Clean quiet
Negative: The door code wasn't activated on time. Our attempts to contact the management were met with delayed messages and they never once attempted to call us on the phone. I will always stay at a hotel or a motel with staff on hand from now on. Learned my lesson. This is not the pandemic we don't need the completely touchless experience. We couldn't get the door to open, the only reason we got in was because people in the building took pity on us and gave us a phone number of someone that knew how to get in. The cheap bed frame squeaked like mad that ruined things as you may imagine. If you're the manager and you read this call and make sure people are getting in the room without issue!
Summary: An experience I will never repeat.
