On 3000 sqm of land we offer a high quality, newly renovated apartment right behind the dike in the Heidedorf Berensch (Cuxhaven).
The apartment offers on 75sqm:
a double bedroom with plenty of space for clothes and suitcases
a bedroom with 2 single beds, possibility of adding a cot is available, as well as space for clothes and toys
a living room with a comfortable couch corner, small book and DVD library, satellite TV, DVD and a writing corner to put the travel memories on paper,
a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...
as well as a bathroom with underfloor heating, barrier-free shower cubicle and towel heating.
Access to the apartment is covered with a porch and offers additional storage space.
Garden furniture is available in the large, protected garden with terrace.
The children can let off steam on the two sand playgrounds in the garden, one of which is covered, if the weather is not cooperating there is an open sand playground and a second covered play area.
Our property offers a parking space for the car and storage facilities for bicycles.
The dike is within walking distance from the house, and it is 15 minutes by bike to the sandy beach. From Berensch you have an ideal starting point for all excursion destinations in Cuxhaven, but also inland towards Bremerhaven, Bremen and Hamburg.
