Positive: The property was in a quiet location, a short step to the sea and a lovely clean swimming beach. We were on the ground floor so there were only glimpses of the sea through trees from the balcony. However, the roof terrace had fabulous views and we had it mostly to ourselves. Inside was spacious and really well kitted out. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice pizza/bar and grocery shop a five minute walk away, and the blue badged Jaz beach was an easy 10 minutes walk. We also were given a lift back to the ferry at the end of our stay by our friendly host.
Summary: Great place in a great location, with a great host.
