L'alloggio è climatizzato ed è costituito da una zona notte con letto matrimoniale alla francese, zona giorno, con tavolo pranzo e sedie, un mobile-letto ad una piazza a scomparsa, cucinotto completamente accessoriato, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. La proprietà è anche dotata di due balconcini che si affacciano direttamente sul mare dove si gode un bellissimo panorama, uno dei quali provvisto di tavolo e sedie. Su richiesta forniamo biancheria letto e bagno. Ottima base per poter raggiungere a pochi chilometri sia il paese di Teulada, dove troverete bar, market, farmacie, ristoranti, pizzerie, che le più belle spiagge della zona come Porto Tramatzu, s'Ottixeddu, le dune di Porto Pino, per non parlare della bellissima e rinomata Tuerredda, Chia. Potrete anche effettuare delle gite in barca o in gommone per poter ammirare tutta le piccole baie della costa e la spiaggia di Zaffarano raggiungibile solo via mare.
