Positive: Everything went OK. Comfortable spacious apartment with three full bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large terrace facing the quiet garden between the blocks, where it was a pleasure to have breakfast and dinner. Very good location about 15 minutes by car from Olbia and the airport, or less than 2 hours to the beautiful historic Alghero and Grotta di Nettuno on the west. Well-stocked supermarket 100m from the apartment + restaurants where you can eat well. Costa Smeralda beaches either within walking distance or a few minutes by car (beautiful La Cinta and Porto Taverna with nice bird reservation - flamingos...), San Teodoro etc.. I have to highlight the above-standard communication and approach of the host/owner. Even in October, Sardinia had a lot to offer, it wasn't too hot, swimming was OK, and there were few people. Based on experience, we can only recommend it.

Negative: Basically, there's not much to complain about, the price/performance ratio is fine for us.
