Das 30 m2 große Altbau-Appartement liegt in der Moltkestrasse im "Quartier Sedan" zwischen Theater, Universität, Konzerthaus, Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Im Herzen der Kultur- und Universitätsstadt Freiburg. Die sehr helle und nach drei Seiten mit hohen Fenstern und aufwendig gestalteter Stuckdecke ausgestattete Eckwohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss eines 4-stöckigen Gebäudes und besitzt einen schönen Balkon. Die Raumhöhe beträgt 3,70 m und bietet Gelegenheit für ein Plateau mit 1,40 x 2,00 m großer Schlafebene. Die Schlafebene befindet sich über der Sofaecke mit kleinem Tisch, TV-Gerät mit Kabelfernsehen und ist über eine schmale Holztreppe zu erreichen. Kostenfreies WLAN ist vorhanden.
