In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, to be charged on-site to the technician.
