This no-frills humble accommodation is perfect for guests seeking an affordable & private place in a fantastic location in downtown Isabela, close to the town square & beaches, while avoiding inflated tourist prices that are double or triple than our rate.
Our house hosts the place on the right side of the house when facing it. (A)
We provide a complimentary off-street parking space (ramp up) located on the right side facing the house. Also parking on the street is free, preferably on the side of the Lamela park.
Please note that this place is NOT directly on the beach, and it is NOT luxurious but an OLDER and HUMBLE apt. The pricing reflects this accordingly. LOCATION is key.
Smoking is allowed ONLY on balcony. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, WIFI, a TV with Roku (in bedroom #1).
The place has a kitchenette (please note that the conventional oven and dishwasher are NOT working, NOT pictured and NOT included in this listing), but we include a full refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven.
Considering Puerto Rico's hot weather, we DO provide A/C air conditioning (both are inverters) in EACH bedroom for your comfort. These however are NOT to be used as central air to cool the whole place. (Only for bedroom use).
There is a floor fan in the living room and a ceiling fan in the kitchen.
Villa Pesquera beach is within walking distance (8-10 blocks with steep hill). Other popular beaches, Aguadilla airport, Isabela Mall, Walmart, Walgreens, and restaurants are just a short drive away (approx. 10 minutes).
You can check-in anytime using the keypad with combination code provided a few days before your arrival. Check-out is at (11AM) SHARP or earlier. No keys are needed!
Bedroom #1 includes a rotating 43" ROKU flatscreen TV. You need to enter your user/password for the channels. PLEASE remember to deregister any app accounts (such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu) before checking out. (we are not responsable for this but can check out from your own phone).
Lamela Park is located just across the street and offers 2 basketball courts, a children's playground, and a running/jogging path. We offer a basketball for your use.
Hot water is available for showering, and there are dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Please note that we do NOT provide laundry services, but there is a Laundromat nearby (requires quarters and take your own detergent).
