Plenty of on and off street parking are available in front or nearby our building. We don’t have a dedicated parking spot for our unit.
ACCESSIBILITY
Please note that our charming loft is located on the 2nd floor of a commercial building without an elevator. It may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges or for guests who find stairs difficult.
It is advisable for guests to travel light or be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs.
HOUSE RULES
- Only registered guests are permitted.
-All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $500 fine.
If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated.
- While we've made efforts to accommodate families, please note that the property is not fully childproof.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire building.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors and other occupants of the buildinf. This is a property with businesses and residents below and around you. Please be mindful of noise levels and observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
-LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
