This space is an Architectural Masterpiece! Built in 1994 with 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths, Sideling Hills has towering wood cathedral or vaulted ceilings in nearly every room, hardwood flooring as well as custom tile flooring, gorgeous casement windows that are beautifully encased with stained wood trim. Nearly every window in the home has an incredible view. French doors exit to the wrap-around deck from the studio bedroom, the great room, the owner's bedroom, as well as the study and the kitchen. The great room is definitely on point, with its wonderful acoustical design and hefty windows, your most joyful sounds will flourish as it radiates with copious amounts of natural light warming you through and through. You'll rest well in the elegance of the owner's suite with tasteful cathedral ceilings, a large soaking tub, hardwood floors, and french doors to the deck for a little taste of the morning sun.
If all of that is not enough we just had a 30'x40' Pavillion built that has lights built in. Perfect for playing Pickleball :)

The kitchen has a great valley view, plenty of counter and cabinet space, a granite topped Island with a rinsing sink, and for the cook, an enormous walk-In pantry lined with cabinets matching the kitchen. The kitchen and dining area open to a peaceful study with a cozy fireplace and ample built-in shelving and cabinets for all your reading material. Just beyond the study is a nice, enclosed porch where you'll enjoy the valley view as well as watching wildlife and all the outdoors has to offer.

• HOT TUB: You gota start with the spa :) Always a great space to be with friends and family.

Weddings: We are now accepting reservation requests for weddings at the Pavillion. We do have lights and even a lit walk way that leads from the side of the home down to the pavillion. (for weddings there is a separate charge)
• Pickle Ball net and paddles. This can be played under the pavilion. We realize it is not the exact size however play the entire concrete is in bounds and we are sure you will have a Wonderful time. We have played many games and the posts make it fun :)
• Screened In Sunroom located off the 2nd living room w/ plenty of seating and string lights.
• Back deck w/ many chairs that is Perfect to sit and watch the sunrise with your coffee.
• Children's Playground always makes for a good time with the kids.
• The home is situated on 240 Acres so feel free to walk around and explore.
For your vehicles there's an attached 2.5 car garage. Well over a mile of roads and trails go throughout the property if you feel ambitious, take a long hike. MD-68, I-70 and Hancock MD are only a few minutes away. It's only 15 minutes to Historic Berkeley Springs. It a short drive to Antietam and Gettysburg Battlefields. Harpers Ferry and other Potomac River attractions are just a short drive as well. Furthermore, it's only 1.5 hrs to Baltimore and 2 hrs to DC! The Sideling Hills Tunnel is only 10 minutes down the road.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
Couple NOTES:
1. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
2. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests.
3. No ATVs, Guns, or Fireworks permitted on the property.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
