Positive: Close to town. Pleasant owner

Negative: King mattress old and broken in. Thin walls causes you to hear the next room snorer quit loudly. Use of a very strong fabric detergent/softener that made the towels wreak of a strong scent combined with a plug-in "air freshener" that made the room's air overwhelming.

Summary: convenient but not the best room experience
