Spectacular sea and mountain views from the generous balconies. The town of Polis with its good selection of bars, restaurants, tavernas and shops can be reached in less than 10 minutes drive, while a small selection of local tavernas in Argaka - within a short walking distance completes the promise of a memorable, relaxing holiday. Lovely sea views are enjoyed at this frontline immaculate beach villa situated 20m from the sand and pebble undeveloped Argaka beach. Local taverns are from 1 minutes walk so you can have a break from driving and also walk to the beach opposite. We have 4 more identically furnished villas ranging from just 30 – 50 metres to the beach, 2 of the villas have a heated pool option – Additional charge at €30 per day. The friendly owners have succeeded in making this property a “home from home” with quality furnishings, including an imported German kitchen, ceiling fan in every room and superior double glazed tilt and turn windows and doors. The Wi-Fi is unlimited and the connection reliable, so larger parties can book with confidence. It has a large private swimming pool that is great for length swimming at 1.45m all over, and a separate baby/splash pool in a well kept large & mature lawned garden which is ideal for children to run around. (The baby pool has been an enormous success as is a lot warmer than the main pool, especially in low to mid season, so good for everyone especially young children.) There is a large grassed play area directly in front of the garden, shared by all our 5 villas, equipped with swings, slide and a working fountain. A great place for you to take your children to make friends with others staying here. The villa has a pool table & table tennis table. The villa is accessed from the coast road via a private drive with barrier, and the large balcony upstairs provides stunning sea views and wonderful sunsets over the sea. You also have views over the mature palm trees and orange groves to the side, backed by hills. There is a selection of tavernas within easy walking distance along the flat coast road, starting with the popular Liza’s Place 1 minutes walk, (children love the menagerie here) and Liza is happy to cook “off menu” food, just ask. Santa Barbara restaurant on the sandy beach is about 5 mins walk, and they offer sun loungers on the beach too. Flyagain tavern is popular with clients at 600m. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion. Meet & Greet is included within the price. Welcome packs can be supplied on request. Refundable breakages deposit of €250 required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% Deposit is required to secure the dates of your booking.
