Summary: I had a wonderful stay in this delightful, clean, and warm apartment. It is located in a nice building, and has the advantage of large windows throughout, with a balcony overlooking a sledging slope (for some free entertainment while you eat breakfast in the sunshine). There are two bedrooms, modern and well-equipped bathrooms, and an open kitchen which gives onto a dining area. The living room is spacious, with a very high loft-like ceiling, and it is tastefully decorated in the savoyarde style. There is a lovely window seat from which you can watch the snow fall after a long day on the slopes. The ski rental shops and altispace chair lift are nearby, and there are many different combinations of runs to choose from. We were there towards the end of the season, so there was less snow than usual, but I think you would be able to ski right up to the building normally. It makes a huge difference to be conveniently close to the bottom of the slopes - you are minutes away from a hot shower and a mug of tea, rather than having to lug skis and poles around as you get cold and tired. The restaurants and shops on the main street of the town are just a short walk from the apartment across a wooden bridge, so you can pop across later on for a fondue! I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a pleasant, welcoming place in a charming ski resort.
