Graced with ocean views from the upstairs loft and wrap-around “Captain’s Deck”, this exquisite home combines simple elegance with incredible amenities. Located just 1.2 miles from vibrant Duval Street, this beachside neighborhood property borders the exclusive Casa Marina District, one of the most coveted areas of Key West.
Once inside, you are greeted with hammock swings where you can enjoy morning coffee or afternoon happy hour from your very own scooter bar! Need a break from the 270+ bars and restaurants on Key West? Retreat to your own gourmet kitchen, which features an island/breakfast bar, a full-size Sub-Zero refrigerator, and separate full-sized freezer and ice maker for plenty of stock-up storage! This kitchen also boasts tools for the serious chef that includes a 6 Qt KitchenAid Mixer, Henkel knives, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, and Swiss-made Nespresso machine. The open floor plan into the dining and living room includes a 75” flat screen TV, great for catching up on the outside world or enjoying a romantic movie night.
The downstairs California King bedroom provides the ideal respite for slumber. It also features a full wall of built-in closets, a flat screen TV and brand new French doors that open to a lush side yard, fountain, and easy access to the complimentary bikes. It is adjacent to the remodeled bathroom with a rain shower and tub for soaking. Split A/C units in all the rooms ensure a cool escape from a long day of tropical fun.

Upstairs, the loft is a peaceful oasis with views! Featuring a queen bed, full-sized foldout futon, and a desk overlooking the blue ocean and beautiful palms. The spacious wrap-around upstairs deck is perfect for winding down or entertaining. One side features a netted gazebo and dining table for 6 as well as a large gas grill with peak views of the ocean. There are also chaise lounges and additional seating on the other side with views of the iconic White Street Pier.
For additional guests, the Banyan and Palm Suites are separately located around the corner off of Steven Ave. They can be rented short term with a minimum 2-night stay.
