This clean and modern Penthouse apartment is 1/2 block from the beach in front of the Ritz Carlton Hotel with energizing ocean views, the city, lagoons, and the airport. Spacious, with lots of light, and well equipped. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and it includes one private parking spot. Fully remodeled unit, complete furniture, appliances, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and WIFI. It includes one designated private carport, and the apartment has internal access to a private rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the ocean and city. The condo has beach chairs and coolers. The penthouse guests have access to the apartment building’s pool.
The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the airport. This residential neighborhood has a beach across the condominium, a two-block walk from the Isla Verde Avenue strip. The strip has bars and restaurants, major hotels, and many other amenities such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and fast-food outlets. You may rent a car, especially if you plan to go out of the metro area, but if you plan to stay at the beach and metro area, UBER is the most convenient. I am always available over the phone for any questions or concerns.
Please be very careful using the staircase to access the rooftop deck. The staircase is steep, please climb slowly and carefully as you go up or down using the handrails. Please watch your head as you go up.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Guests can request early check-ins within 2 days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will get charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late check-outs are not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour or a fraction of an hour after the normal 11 am check-out time. The fee for any unauthorized late check-out after the 11 am check-out time is enforced and will be charged as it is disruptive to the cleaning staff who have to follow a work schedule.
** Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged $100 fee that will be collected through the platform. This strict rule is implemented to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives.**
