Everything falls into place at La Vallée de la Sainte Baume: new, luxury villas with private pool, a great quiet location with plenty of space, the Southern French sun, the Mediterranean Sea and various great attractions in the area. More athletic guests can go to the tennis court or the lovely 18-hole Golf de la Sainte-Baume located next to the park.
4-room villa. Surface area: approx. 115 m2. Luxuriously and comfortably furnished with a flagstone floor and upper floor. Spacious living room with a dining and seating area, satellite TV (incl. NL channels), DVD player, CD player, telephone, wireless internet and electric heating. Open plan kitchen with a four-hob stove, extractor, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Double bedroom with private bathroom and a bath or shower. Separate toilet. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: two double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden (bordered with plants) with a private pool (approx. 10 x 4 m); open from 23/04-01/10, depending on the weather). Large patio with garden furniture and loungers. Parking space (for 2 cars) by the villa.
