Positive: It's in the middle of Orleans, within a few hundred steps of the cathedral with everything interesting within easy reach.

Negative: Very difficult climb up the stairs to the second floor, and then a truly steep climb to the attic, where all the beds are located.

Summary: Excellent location, a little cramped.
