The condo has amazing Ocean views... It is an end unit on the 9th floor which faces the Gulf. There are 2 separate balconies-
The living room balcony provides great ocean views, pool views, and spectacular sunset ocean views!
Our second balcony is located off the master bedroom which has unobstructed views of Lake Powell and the morning sunrise!
The modern kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances & solid wood cabinetry. It is very well equipped to create those fun family meals. Our large dining room table accommodates your entire family. This main level of the condo also has the living room and the balcony which overlooks the ocean. A bathroom & laundry room with a full size washer and dryer completes the lower level.
The upper level of the condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bed room has a luxurious King bed, a private bathroom with glass enclosed shower and a private balcony which overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the ocean, a comfortable queen bed and two bunk bed for the kids.
OUR CONDO COMPLEX-
Pinnacle Port condo is a unique ocean front resort located on the QUIET west end of Panama City Beach. With the Gulf on one side and Lake Powell on the other side, Pinnacle port is a unique peninsula resort area of its own. We are set back far away from noisy busy streets.
OUR BEACH-
When you step out of the condo, you are immediately on the sugar-white sandy beach. There are no boardwalks! The adjacent State park and bird sanctuary creates a half mile of UNDEVELOPED beach front allowing for long quiet and relaxing walks along the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf.
OUR AMENITIES- Two Pools, four lighted Tennis courts, Pickle Ball court, Sauna (men's & women's), Exercise room, Shuffleboard and Bocce ball courts, grilling and picnic areas. There is a very nice playground for the children. You have free access to our boat launch, dock and fishing pier on Lake Powell. Free kid's Movies are shown at the pool in summer. Free Wi-Fi. On-site rentals of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and kayaks are available. The property is a private gated community with a 24/7 security staff.
OUR VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION- Only minutes to 30 A communities and the beaches of Santa Rosa, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. Pier Park Mall is 10 minutes away with restaurants, rides, shops, movie theater, and a beautiful fishing pier. We are next to the Carillon beach community with its quaint restaurants, markets, bike rentals, which also a great place to take an evening walk. There are two large grocery stores located across from the security gate entrance. We are 20 minutes to the airport. Lots of attractions are minutes away- Gulf World, Shipwreck Island, Ripley's Aquarium, St. Andrews State Park, Sky Wheel, etc.
