Located in Veinat d'Ermedas, a group of 8 scattered houses, in a very peaceful environment in the middle of nature. The farm, with 2,000m2 of landscaped area, 10 of fields and 15 of forest transmits a sense of peace and tranquility.700 meters from the main road, 900 from the town of Cornellà de Terri, 5 km from Banyoles, 10 km from Girona and 100km from Barcelona.All this gives Can Sagnari an ideal location, isolated, well connected and 5 or 10 minutes from large towns that have all the necessary services.
The farmhouse is completely restored, with all the current comforts, but maintaining its original structure: large rooms, kitchen with fireplace, ... and decorated maintaining the rustic atmosphere typical of rural environments.
In its spectacular garden you can enjoy 2 porches, pool, barbecue, petanque field and multiple spaces to relax or entertain. Ideal for children to play and run at will, with a cabin on top of a tree or a pond with fish.
The house has 650 m2 distributed over 3 floors and has 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. With a capacity of 16 to 24 people.
On the ground floor is the large dining room kitchen with fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped: 90 cm ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, individual fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, ... Next to the laundry, with washing machine, dryer and iron
On this floor there is also a large living room where you can relax, watch TV or listen to music and another where children can play.
There is also a triple room (1 double bed + 1 single) and a bathroom with bathtub.
The first floor has a large distributor that gives access to the office, 4 double bedrooms (one with a full bathroom and shower) and an apartment or studio.
The apartment, ideal for guests or for the service, can be integrated into the house (with access from the distributor) or be independent (with access from the outside area). It has, on the first floor, a living room (with a sofa bed), a room with a trundle bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a small kitchen with a kitchen with a fridge and a gas stove with an oven. On the second floor we find a suite with a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the second floor, there is a large suite, about 40 m2, with an office area and magnificent views of the surroundings.
