The house is cozy and functional and suitable for young and old. It has a size of about 85 square meters. It has a bedroom on the ground floor (modernized in July 2019) and two more upstairs. In the lower bedroom there is a cozy box spring bed (French bed), in the upper two single box spring beds and a double bed. At the stairs to the upper floor there are two child safety gates.
On the ground floor there is also a large living room with dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom was completely renovated 2 years ago. Both in the living room and in a bedroom upstairs is a TV (with German channels). The house is offset and is therefore not visible to everyone. The garden is about 650 square meters and invites you to relax and play.
The charming center of De Krim is within a 3-minute walk from the bungalow. Here is a supermarket, where there are fresh bread every morning. There are u. a. a small restaurant, a hairdresser, laundry, bike rental, Indoorminigolf, bowling and many games for the children. In 2019, a new indoor Spielpaltz was built. And the highlight, the newly built swimming pool in 2017, which you can use for free. Swimming aids for the small visits are also free of charge.
Adjacent is a large golf course.
The holiday park is located at the northern tip of Texel. It is a holiday paradise for young and old. The park is surrounded by a dune landscape, not far from the beach (Paal 28), lighthouse and the small village De Cocksdorp. Here is another supermarket and several restaurants.
Arrival and departure days are in the main season on Fridays and Mondays. The minimum stay is 7 days in the main season.
