MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The spacious master bedroom suite features a NEW (March 2017) Queen size (USA), or known as a King Size in Europe and the UK, pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. Also NEW cream carpet in March 2017. This bedroom also features a Smart LCD flat panel that sits atop a matching full length dresser with mirror. All beds (master and guest) are outfitted with new finest linens and fabrics. A ceiling fan is also fitted. Enjoy the views of the lake and the oversized lanai. The new, upgraded in December 2019, luxury master bathroom features an over-size walkin stand up shower (glass enclosed). These features along with a huge granite double vanity will make getting ready that much easier.

The guest bedroom features two NEW in November 2019 twin size pillow top bed with side tables & lamps. This room also includes a TV and a ceiling fan. Also NEW cream carpet in March 2017.. The new in 2017 fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features, new for 2019, a stainless steel 26 cf. side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet stainless steel dishwasher, new stainless steel self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender (with food processor attachment), and a garbage disposal. With all new counter tops (work tops) due in 2020 including a food bar area.

The extra large living room offers a new cream leather corner sofa, which makes watching a DVD on the 40“ Sony LCD flat panel TV priceless family entertainment. A Bose sound system is also available for your pleasure. Three reclining leather chairs with foot stools make inside relaxation a pleasure. Outdoor living is a must in South West Florida and our gorgeous screened patio leads from the lounge through one of three 8 ft. glass sliders.
