This home is both luxurious and spacious, with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and room for 16 beach-loving guests. Grab your friends or your family, and come on down to have a good time at the beach!
Boasting high-end craftsmanship and upscale furnishings, Just Beachy is a beach home unlike any other. Natural light floods the open living room through thoughtfully placed windows, with a view from just about every room. You’re also sure to be impressed by the kitchen itself, with an island and built-in cooktop, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and incredible custom cabinetry. When you aren’t spending time indoors, the private patio decks offer panoramic views and fresh sea air that will have you relaxing in no time. The kids will love splashing in the private pool while you lounge on the deck. For an additional $140 fee per calendar day the pool can be heated, minimum 3 day heating.
Meanwhile, at Just Beachy, you’ll find two primary master suites both with plenty of room to spread out with amazing bathrooms. Each bathroom features porcelain-tiled walk-in showers and double granite vanity. The first-floor primary suite features a garden tub in the bathroom, perfect for soaking in after a long day in the sun. Not to mention, the primary suite on the second floor has its own private balcony with partial views of the Gulf.
