As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open living and dining area flooded with natural light and panoramic views. Decorated with a west coast vibe, the modern design seamlessly blends comfort and style, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. Comfy, beachy oversized sofas invite you to sit back and enjoy the view, stone fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The living room is open to the dining area and also leads to the perfect deck for outdoor entertaining, meals al fresco, and sunset views. The well-equipped kitchen features a built-in gas cooktop, double ovens, and plenty of counter space for preparing memorable meals.
The four bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The main floor primary bedroom offers an oasis of calm and is tucked away in its own wing with a king bed and ensuite bath. Wake up to the gentle sounds of the lake, and start your day with a cup of coffee on one of the spacious decks. A second guest room can be found off an additional wing and houses a queen bed, sofa, and dedicated workspace. A 3rd bedroom is located just down the hall and provides a full bed and sunny views. An additional full bath is located on this floor as well. For the younger members of your group, the lower level features a dedicated kids' room complete with 2 twin over full bunks, gaming area, and a full bath.
THE LOCATION
Lake Michigan beach access is just minutes away at several local public access points. (Please note that the association private beach is not available for guests.) This cottage is also equally accessible to both downtown Holland and downtown Grand Haven, just a 15-minute drive either way. There, you will find plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options for all ages.
To the south, you'll find Kirk Park, only a 5-minute drive. Two other nearby options are Olive Shores and Windsnest Park, both just a few minutes away by car. For those willing to explore a bit further, Holland State Park, Tunnel Park, and Grand Haven State Park are also within a quick drive.

PARKING
There is space for four cars: two in the driveway and two in the garage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reductions of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
