Positive: What's a big win in this hotel is the pools and SPA areas. The external pool is quite nice with a lot of places to lay down. The interior poo is warmer and has jacuzzi area that leads outside. All the saunas were very good and spacious. The best thing is how late they stay open, very considerate from the hotel. The staff was also very kind with us, especially the receptionist who accommodated our reservation last minute.

Negative: Our room didn't have AC and we went during summer, it was 30 degrees on our first day there, it was simply impossible to sleep. Having rooms without AC in 2025 is simply criminal. The food is very targeted to a specific kind of audience, can get boring, especially the breakfast. They have only one spot for eletric cars which is also a disabled spot.. Someone left their car charging for 3 days, nobody could use because that one person is hoggering it. It's not the hotels fault that guests don't have manners, but they could provide more charging spots for electric cars. We had to travel away to charge our car.
