Positive: I stayed in Veteranenstrasse, and it was wonderful. The apartment is spotless, warm, comfortable. Above all it's one of the quietest places I've stayed in. In a courtyard, no traffic noise, and the neighbours are respectful. Location is great, a few stops from the main station. Tram and underground nearby, great supermarket and bakery, lots of cafés, and short walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Communication with Thomas was very good. Easy check-in and out. I was able to leave my luggage and collect the keys early, while the apartment was being prepared. A really good address, I recommend it highly.
