The "Il Balcone sul Porto" room is the latest addition, having been inaugurated in October 2019. The B&B as a whole is Airbnb SuperHost for eight consecutive quarters (with over 400 positive reviews) and has achieved the score of 9.5 / 10 on Booking for 2019/2020. The new room "Il Balcone sul Porto" is a "dry double" that has been designed as "Top of the range" of the B&B, having both a private internal bathroom (such as "La Stanza Grande") and facing the sea (as the "Camera sul Mare", but with a real "private balcony" instead of a window). All the amenities are identical for the three bedrooms (central heating and air conditioning with independent hot / cold split, television, free wi-fi, mini bar, microwave, coffee maker, boiler, hairdryer etc.). The towels and bed linen are changed twice a week and during the check-in guests find a free "welcome" equipment for both the minibar and a mini-breakfast. In the bathroom, which is inside the room, a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel and toilet paper are provided. The entrance to the room is from the large internal hall of the same apartment where Host Anna Maria and Tony also live, on the opposite side from the entrance to the "Camera sul Mare". Guests are given the keys to the room, those of the apartment and those of the palace door.
