Living Room: Enjoy a comfortable oversized sectional sofa, a Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational). You'll have easy access to the backyard as well. This area offers vaulted ceilings and tons of lighting!
Kitchen: The kitchen boasts a range of stainless-steel appliances and ample counter space, ensuring a well-equipped culinary haven. It is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, providing all the essentials for your culinary adventures! There is also a full-size wine fridge just around the corner!
Dining Room: There is a dining table off the kitchen that offers seating for six. The formal dining area offers seating for six guests and French doors opening up to the backyard area.
Game Room: This space creates the ultimate hangout spot, providing various entertainment options for you and your guests. Engage in a friendly and competitive game of pool or relax at the high-top tables for a round of cards while enjoying your favorite sports game on the Smart TV. Additionally, this area features a wet bar area complete with a mini fridge, ensuring your refreshments are always within reach.
Upstairs Living Room: Located in the upstairs loft, you'll find an additional living room, perfect for a cozy night in.

Primary Bedroom (Main Level) — King bed, a Smart TV, clothing storage and vaulted ceiling. The private French doors lead out to a side courtyard with seating. The ensuite bathroom offers two sinks, a large all glass walk-in shower and an oversized deep tub- perfect for relaxing!

Stay active and embrace the invigorating outdoor atmosphere with the elliptical machine, or engage in a friendly game of corn hole or axe throwing. For a tranquil and secluded hangout, the side courtyard provides a serene escape where you can relax and unwind in privacy.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
