An open-plan kitchen and dining area has seating for two and is a wonderful social space for couples to enjoy a romantic meal together. The compact kitchen is well-presented with all the appliances you could need for a weekend in the countryside. Badger's Cottage is renovated and beautifully furnished in a contemporary eclectic style. Grey painted wooden floors that run throughout the property, original granite inglenook fireplace, and painted shutters in the living room, add to the seaside charm of this cottage. With a fabulous stone floor in the kitchen, Smeg retro fridge and shower room, you will love Badgers Cottage from the second you walk in the door. The front garden is secluded, set back from the road, outside is a seating area ideal for entertaining, with access from the rear pathway to the small, enclosed garden with cold water shower, bistro table and chairs. Both properties look out over the Atlantic Ocean, this is the perfect place to relax and watch the sun set into the sea.
Set in the heart of Sennen Cove, the lifeboat house and fishing harbour are in view and just 1-minute from the famous White Sands surf beach boasting golden sands, clear waters and good opportunities for surfing, in recent years this has become a popular destination for surfers, with a place to hire surfing gear and a nearby beach café. The village offers a small selection of pubs and restaurants, with a convenience store for produce. The neighbouring villages and towns offer a range of pubs, restaurants, shops, and cafés to enjoy. Close to the local inn, coastal walks, and fantastic open top bus route to St Ives and just a few miles from the famous Minack theatre, with its cliff top summer performances these properties are ideally situated near the coast for excellent walking and cycling trails.
