Independent villa with garden and sea view, on two levels and consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, dining room with kitchenette and panoramic terrace overlooking the beach and the island of Su Giudeu (one of the most beautiful contexts in Sardinia). The most famous beaches of Chia are 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bicycle. it is possible to rent bicycles for .... per day. Just 5 minutes on foot is the Chia Village where there are some shops, ATMs, pharmacy, piano bar and where shows for children and adults are held. It is also possible to book kayak excursions, rent mountain bikes, linen (sheets and towels) and additional cots for children. For beach tennis lovers we offer the opportunity to use our field located on the Su Giudeu beach.

In Sardinia horse breeding has a millennial tradition. We can help you to book riding lessons at all levels. During the summer it is possible to participate in horseback riding that wind along the ancient paths near the sea of Pula and Chia.
