Beautiful brand new sea facing villa located on a hill in Reis Margis, Goa. Villa has balinese interiors with a modern twist. Four sea facing bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All bedrooms have plasma screen TV's and all bathrooms are equipped with rain showers. Five balconies plus a deck with infinity swimming pool that drops onto a sea view. Pool table and bar for guests to use. House maid and cook on property exclusive for villa guests.
Vista do Mar, derived from the Portuguese meaning "view of the sea" , sits a beautiful brand new sea facing villa tucked away on a hill in Reis Margos. Located in the quiet fishing village of Nerul, at the confluence of the Arabian Sea and the Mandovi and Nerul rivers, we have a uniquely beautiful setting. An individual mix of Balinese and Modern style, Vista Do Mar boasts stunning views of the Arabian Sea , Aguada headlands, Panjim, and the entrance to Old Goa.
Our Villa sleeps 8 adults in four king size sea facing air conditioned bedrooms with plasma screen TV's and attached modern bathrooms equipped with rain showers. There are five balconies for lying back to admire the views plus a deck with an ulitmate infinity pool that drops onto a sea view. For entertainment there is a bar and pool table for guests to indulge.
The three storied villa with elevator has a complete staff set up with cook and house maid residing on the ground floor with a service kitchen. There is Wifi, Cable television in all bedrooms, and a generator to keep you free of power outages. On the first floor there is one bedroom as well as complete entertainment area including living room, powder room, pool table, bar, kitchen equipped with all crockery, dining area as well as balcony and deck with swimming pool. The second floor contains three more bedrooms with attached balconies complete with a mezzanine floor with leather sofas for extra relaxation. The owners, who don't live in Goa are extremely selective about who stays in this luxurious villa.
A forty five minute drive north from Panjim airport, and situated at the east end of Coco Beach, the Historic Reis-Magos fort and the haunted Three Kings church are but a short walk away. Peace and quiet are hallmarks at Vista do Mar, yet the bustle and beaches of Candolim, Baga and Calangute are minutes away, and Old Panjim, with its UNESCO World heritage churches are 30 minutes by car.
