Beautiful barn style 2 bed 2 bath in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood.
Middle center of town.
Beach is a 10 minute drive from house.
There are food places and shopping centers all around.
7/11 right down the road
Check out time is by 11:00am.. if failed to leave by 11 a $65 charge will be added as a late check out fee.
If you check in early it will be a $65 early check in fee.
If you stain any towels it will be a $10 fee per towel.
If any sheets or pillow cases are stained or ripped it will be a $20 fee per set.
If any blankets are stained or ripped it will be a $50 charge per blanket.
Waters, dishwashing pods, laundry soap and washer sheets, coffee and creamers will all be provided.
Any cups, plates or silverware that is damaged will be a $40 charge because it’s all sets so I will have to replace the set as a whole.
There is no partying allowed what so ever.
If you smoke outside throw away the butts in the trash can if there are cigarette butts left outside it will be a $20 charge.
Any house keys that are lost or misplaced will be a $5 charge per key.

-Strip bed linens and put into bag , leave in laundry room.
-make sure all dirty towels are in a bag and set them by washer as well.
-do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Place any dirty dishes in dishwasher (you do not need to start it)
-place all garbage outside tied in bag. No left over garbage should be inside when leaving.
-set ac to 73 or higher before leaving so the unit doesn’t freeze up.
-make sure oven & coffee maker are off
-turn off all lights and make sure all doors are locked and shut properly
