A charming cottage with stunning ocean views over Terrigal and an easy 300m stroll to the beach, Barnhill Beach House promises relaxed beachy vibes perfect for friends and the extended family.
The Space:
Split over 2 levels, this funky old school beach house features 4 large bedrooms comfortably sleeping 10 guests with a sofa bed in the second lounge room for 12 guests. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen open out onto the large balcony perfect for enjoying a meal or lounging in the sun. There is a second lounge room for the kids downstairs , plenty of parking not to mention the stunning view and close walk to the beach and all Terrigal has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
* Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly should a refundable deposit bond be required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.
* Please note we will reach out the week of your arrival to collect a $500 refundable deposit bond for your stay. This bond will be held securely through STRIPE payment gateway and returned 7 days after your departure *

Summary: The location was good but the house needed some minor maintenance work. Front door was hard to close and had broken fly screen. Balcony sliding fly screen was broken. the outdoor furniture wasn’t covered. the cover was tucked under the cushions . No protection from the weather or droppings. BBQ cover was barely there, nearly blow away.didn’t use it anyway.the fabric snake under the door on the staircase didn’t provide any protection: insects and small leaves were still getting in.Overall it was good but it could do with a little maintenance and that’s the truth.
