Come relax in our private townhome basement room with private keypad entrance. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located room. This single-room suite includes a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked bathroom, a living room with comfortable furniture, a mini fridge and microwave. We are happy to share our outdoor space as well which includes hammock and BBQ grill during the summer months. Suitable for children.
The space
The full basement apartment is part of the owner occupied townhome upstairs. There might be times you will hear children upstairs but for the most part, it is very quite. The room has a lock for privacy. The living room couch can be turned into a full size bed. Air mattress can be provided.
Guest access
You will receive the code to the door within 24 hours of check in. Check in is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am. You will park on our driveway. To get to the room, follow the left side of the house heading towards the back. Turn right and you will see the door with the keypad. Simply punch in the code and the door will unlock.
Other things to note
The AC unit is located right outside of the room. There might be times you will hear it go on and off during the summer months.
The pathway towards the back has a small incline. During winter months, it might be slick at times. We do our best to clean up and salt the area but if our guest don’t feel comfortable taking that route towards the room, we can always arrange entrance through the front door.
