Au bout d’un chemin privé de 500 m se dresse la Bastide la Belle Etoile, une authentique bastide provençale du XIXe siècle, nichée au sommet de splendides coteaux de vieilles vignes, avec une vue imprenable sur le parc naturel du Luberon.
La Belle Étoile, (265 m²) se compose d’un salon, doté d’une magnifique cheminée d’époque, avec un coin Home cinéma et un bar au sein d’une cave voûtée, d’une grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir 12 personnes ouverte sur une cuisine aménagée et de 5 suites élégantes (toutes équipées de climatisation) possédant chacune 1 WC avec salle de bain ou salle d’eau.
Une nouvelle suite est actuellement en construction dans le pool house, séparée de la maison principale. Elle permettra d'accueillir 3 personnes supplémentaires (1 lit queen size + canapé-lit) qui disposeront également de leur propre salle de bain et d’un sauna privé. Cet espace meublé supplémentaire sera mis à la disposition des locataires à partir du 13 avril. Aucune photo du pool house rénové n'est disponible pour le moment en raison des travaux en cours, merci de votre compréhension.
La propriété qui est située sur un terrain de 1,8 ha, comporte trois jolies terrasses avec fontaine provençale et une grande cour, en contrebas d’une piscine chauffée (quand les conditions climatiques le permettent avec supplément de 300€) offrant une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur les vignes de la propriété ainsi qu’un poolhouse.
Au calme et pourtant si proche des commodités (Apt à 4km), le cadre est idyllique pour réunir une famille ou un groupe d’amis dans une ambiance conviviale .
