Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, three-bedroom/two-and-a-half-bath historic Rhode Island Stone-Ender architectural style home. The master bedroom has a canopy king-size bed, while the two remaining guest rooms are furnished with a queen-size bed apiece, comfortable for sleeping six people. There is also a loft area with a futon for two extra people. The open living room, with beautiful granite stone walls and hearth, is furnished with English and American antique furniture. The adjacent office area has a small TV. We also have an additional large lower-level family room with a 60-inch television and Logic control system for entertaining.
The kitchen is perfect for dining, as it is equipped with a gas cooktop and was completely renovated in 2017. There are brand new Jenn-Air appliances, including stacking wall ovens with a microwave/convection.
Situated on 800 feet of tidal waterfront with a dock, guests can enjoy an afternoon of spectacular views or enjoy the award-winning gardens. There is a back stone patio with wrought iron furniture and a table for six. In the evening, when the sun goes down, you may enjoy our outside firepit with seating for eight.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Boothbay Harbor, antiquing, and our lovely surrounding towns.
Please note: The fireplace/wood stove in the home is off-limits, as is the firewood stacked beside it.
