Summary: I booked this trip back in December of 2024. We got to the hotel and they said my reservation was cancelled but I never cancelled it. It took 45 minutes to get everything straightened out. Next when I booked the room it was supposed to be a king room but because of the so called cancelation we were put in a double room that was not handicap friendly. Next the beds were as hard as a rock. Not a good night sleep at all. Then when I went to lock the deadbolt the lock just spun around, then we tried turning the TV on and it didn't work. I called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone to our room but they didn't show up till the next morning after 9am. When I went toake coffee in the room there's no coffee. But there was a coffee maker and cups and sugar but no coffee. Like really what were they even thinking. This is the worst stay at a hotel that I have ever had. We were in town for a music festival that was 2 days long. The room was booked for 3 nights.
