Summary: Filled out the online pre-arival info and it didn't seem to have any effect. Looked through the entire room for bedding to go with the pull out bed before discovering there wasn't any. Had requested this prior to arriving. Got bedding from front desk. Also couldn't use our keys to get inside the building after checking in. Couldn't get inside the room either. Had to check back at the front desk for that as well. The AC in the room worked well and the room layout was nice. Dishwasher was broken and the overall condition of things was dingy.
